La Buona Vita is the perfect place to retire. It has the neighborly flavor of a small town with all the big city conveniences close by. Its size is comfortable, with 189 homes on 45 acres, including a 6-acre lake stocked with fish.
There are excellent facilities nearby for all outdoor activities, including public and private golf courses and fine public parks with boat launching ramps. Fresh and saltwater fishing are available year-round. For those who love the beach, La Buona Vita is just a few minutes to the sandy beaches and warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This area offers museums, spendid theatres and community orchestras with opportunities both to perform and be entertained. Shopping, a post office and numerous houses of worship are also nearby.
La Buona Vita is a community for retired and semi-retired individuals. Each home must have at least one resident 55 years of age or older. There is a minimum age of 35. Of course, children and grandchildren are welcomed to visit on a non-permanent basis.
The central point of La Buona Vita's recreation facilities is its magnificent 10,000 square foot clubhouse and the adjacent pool that overlooks the lake. The building has a spacious banquet room that seats 132 with a large dance floor and kitchen.
The Treasure Coast enjoys the best weather of The Sunshine State. The gulfstream, which runs just offshore, keeps the summers cooler and the winters warmer than the center or west coast of Florida.
